FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes steel reinforcing frame in the form of props installed on foundation along vertical butts of panels and connected by horizontal stiffening chords placed along horizontal butts of panels and tied over horizontal direction by one-piece steel tie rods. Tie-rods are passed through internal lengthwise wall over the low surface of floor slabs and secured by their ends to horizontal stiffening chords. Limiters of squeezing are placed on lower surface of floor slabs and secured to horizontal stiffening chord and lengthwise internal wall. Lengthwise internal wall is reinforced on both sides by prestressed struts, interconnected at the level of floors and tied up to the end panel reinforcing frame. Frame, tie rods, limiters and struts are applied by a layer of concrete and/or plaster and form unit structure with outer panels, internal lengthwise wall, and floor slabs.
