FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to buildings, in particular, to designs of suspended ventilated facades, and can be used at constructing walls of frame buildings. Outer wall is made with a lining layer, and the inner layer of the outer wall is placed on an intermediate slab with a projection outside with a displacement of not more than 1/3 of the outer wall inner layer thickness, the inner layer of the outer wall is fixed in the inter-floor space between the lower and the upper intermediate slabs, the front layer of the outer wall is made in the form of a plate, which is strung on mounting brackets, and a heat insulation material, which is placed between the plate and the inner layer of the outer wall, and the mounting brackets are fixed to posts, belts and brace pieces of the spatial panel of the outer wall inner layer via the heat-insulating substrate, on the outer side of the front layer of there are vertically arranged T-section beams for mounting the outer wall lining layer and they are fixed on the mounting brackets throughout the height of the building wall, and the outer wall lining layer is made of a siding, or of lining cassettes from sheet materials, or of piece tiles, or of ceramic granite, or of sandwich panels.
EFFECT: technical result: better thermal properties of the outer wall, reduced labour costs at constructing outer walls and facades regardless of climatic conditions and time of year during the works.
