FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for reinforcement of buildings and constructions pertains to the sphere of construction, in particular, to construction of buildings and constructions having in the plan round section, for example, tower coolers, basins, clarification tanks. Device for reinforcement of buildings and constructions includes reinforcement frame in the form of rising piers connected by horizontal stiffener rings and cross stays. Strengthened cylindrical part of the building with bordering of the strengthened part is belted by horizontal stiffener rings, whereat horizontal rings are secured with the elements of the building resting over projecting parts of the building. Neighbouring rings are connected with each other by lattices of pair of cross stays, where between piers connecting neighbouring rings are placed. Lattice may have a V-shape structure of two connected by low ends cross stays, upper ends whereof are mated with cross stays of the neighbouring cell. In the second version cells have an X-shape structure, and cross stays are mated in middle parts between each other, Upper and lower ends are tied up with ends of cross stays of the neighbouring cell. Cells may be compounded of alternating cells of X and V-shape structure.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of buildings and constructions, prevention of destruction of operated buildings and constructions, extended useful life.
