FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body made of separate modules. Modules are provided with shape charges and detonation passages and are interconnected by adapters with outfits for transmission of detonation. Each adapter is made up of two pivotally connected links. One of them is made with cylinder having spherical head. Another is provided with spherical cradle which is located inside link body. Body itself is provided with slot and hole. They are conjugated. Made inside each link are longitudinal and coaxial passages. Each passage is made with thin-wall metal partition and is filled with explosive composition and it is communicating with outfit for transmission of detonation in its module.
