FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for perforation of oil, gas and other wells with purpose of their secondary activation. Charging module has base which is made of porous material, shaped charges, and detonation passage. It is filled with explosive material and connects initiators which are located at opposite ends of base. Detonation passage in zone of tops of shaped charges has interruptions. Installed in these interruptions of detonation passage are blocks of explosive material, that is one block per each shaped charge. This block of explosive is used as additional initiator, and by one of its end surfaces it keeps contact with tops of explosive blocks of shaped charges. By its side surfaces it is in contact with end surface of detonation passage. Aforesaid embodiment improves reliability of functioning of this device. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
