FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves centrifuging mixed patient saliva sample taken at some known day when counted from the beginning of the disease and measuring extremely high frequency field to calculate the value of coefficient K from the formula K=CRDP/P, where CRDP is the complex reactive dielectric permeability of the sample, P is the sample conductivity. Value of K being found to exceed 1.6 at the eighth day when counted from the beginning of the disease, hypergic reactivity with respect to odontogenous inflammation process is predicted. Value of K from 1.5 to 1.2, normergic reactivity is predicted. Value of K from 0.9 to 0.5, hypergic reactivity is predicted. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
