SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes vitamin investigations in blood plasma, wherein amounts of vitamins A, Bc, D, K, and E neutralizing of O^2- free radicals and H⁺, OH^- ions, and amounts of vitamins B₁, B₂, B₆, C, PP, B₃, B₁₂, H, releasing said ions in process of transformation to active metabolites, coenzymes and prostetic groups are determined and synergism coefficient Kc according to formula: Kc = (A+Bc+D+K)/(B₁+B₂+B₆+C+PP+B₃₊B₁₂+H). When Kc>1.1449 antioxidant action is predicted; when Kc<1.1449 absence of antioxidant action is predicted.

EFFECT: new method for prognosis of multivitamin complex antioxidant action in festering and inflammation diseases of maxillofacial area.
