FIELD: ecology, marine equipment. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as water-tight envelope which embraces nuclear submarine. Space between submarine and envelope is filled with hardening mix, for example with concrete. Envelope is made from ship skin and part of framework of obsolete ship and is designed as continuous closed ring which is extended along horizontal and is open in from up and bottom sides. Inner volume of envelope is greater than that of nuclear submarine by factor of 1.5-3.5. In addition ring has raising which is open from up and bottom sides in order to keep cabin of nuclear submarine. EFFECT: increased reliability. 8 dwg
