FIELD: nuclear power engineering and atomic industry. SUBSTANCE: first of proposed methods involves separation of submarine non-reactor compartment from other compartments, disposition of radioactive wastes in this compartment before or after its separation, afloat movement of separated compartment to reservoir communicating with sea in the form of trench or passage, separation of reservoir from sea, and its drying out. Second method involves separation of submarine nonreactor compartment from its other compartments, afloat movement of separated compartment to reservoir communicating with sea, separation of reservoir from sea, its drying out, disposition of radioactive wastes in separated compartment before or after reservoir drying. EFFECT: enhanced environmental friendliness, facilitated storage and burial of wastes, enlarged amount of stored and buried radioactive wastes, improved safety of the latter. 8 cl
