FIELD: radio engineering, electronics. SUBSTANCE: quartz generator has outer air-tight case 2 and printed-circuit board 1 put on it. Cuts 14 are made through thickness of printed circuit board which divide board 1 into two segments 6 and 13 interjoined by jumpers 15. All thermostated element of generator circuit, for example, quartz resonator 3, varicap 4, temperature transducer 5 and heater 7 are mounted on segment 8 and all non-thermostated elements of this circuit, for instance, self-excited oscillator 9, power supply source 10, amplifier 11 and others as well as units for attachment of printed-circuit board 1 to case 2 are mounted on segment 13. Elements arranged on different segments are interconnected by thin wires 16 of metal with low heat conduction. Summary width of jumpers 15 is equal to 0.01-0.2 of summary length of cuts 14. Free cavities of case 2 are filled with gas having low heat conduction, for instance, xenon. Process of manufacture of quartz generator includes making of through cuts 14 in thickness of printed-circuit board 1 with formation of two segments 8 and 13 interjoined by jumpers 15. Then elements of generator circuit are mounted on printed-circuit board 1. All thermostated elements of circuit as well as temperature transducer and heater are mounted on segment 8 and all non-thermostated elements are mounted on segment 13. Then printed-circuit boards 1 is put on pin leads 18 into case. Points of attachment of leads 18 on printed circuit board 1 are positioned only on segment 13. After this outer case 2 is sealed and its cavities are filled with xenon. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, increased operational reliability of quartz generator. 11 cl, 3 dwg
