FIELD: radio-electronics, in particular, sources of high stability oscillations, possible use in development of thermostatted generators with piezo-electric resonators.
SUBSTANCE: generator contains external hermetic body with a base, on which first electronic board is held with non-thermostatted elements of generator circuit and heat-distributing chamber which contains base and lid, installed on the base of hermetic body. Thermostatted elements of generator circuit and piezo-electric resonator are positioned on second electronic board, which is mounted in heat-distributing chamber. Third electronic board is positioned on the outside of main side of base of heat-distributing chamber. On the third electronic board, elements of temperature regulator circuit are positioned with temperature sensor and heating elements. Base of heat-distributing chamber is rigidly connected to the lid, external side of main side of which is held on heat-isolating layer, positioned on first electronic board, and internal hollow is filled with material of low heat conductivity.
EFFECT: expanded temperature range with preservation of high stability of frequency and with ensured minimal mass-dimensional characteristics.
