FIELD: agricultural engineering; tools for making water absorbing and erosion-preventive slits in soil. SUBSTANCE: device has soil slitter with expander in its upper part and chisel in lower part. Device has also mechanism for mounting soil slitter on frame. Soil slitter is made in form of flat polygon with hole in central part. Expander in form of hollow closed ring is placed in hole. End faces of polygon are provided with blades with cutting edges and support flats. Holes for chisels are made in support flats. Chisel is made in form of stepped solid of revolution. Outer surface of chisel is formed by portion of sphere mated with cylindrical shank from outer side. End face surface of chisel has spherical cavity with radius of sphere smaller than radius of sphere of outer surface. Chisel cutting edge is formed by intersection of spherical surfaces.
