FIELD: agriculture, in particular, cutting of slits in erosion control treatment. SUBSTANCE: slitter has tine 1 with knife, chisel 2 and working tool 3 for mellowing slit walls, with chisel 2 and working tool being arranged one behind another. Knife is made in the form of double-faced vertical wedge with curved-concave cutting edge 13 on front part. Chisel 2 made in the form of detachable rod is arranged on lower part of tine 1. Working tool 3 is formed as flexible tie-rod, such as anchor-type chain, and mounted behind tine 1. End links of chain are connected by through adapters 17,18 with upper and lower parts of tine 1. Each adapter 17,18 is formed as separate chain link and cylindrical pivot. Pivots are mounted in inclined openings in upper and lower parts of tine 1. Adapters 17,18 are fixed in inclined openings by pairs of cylindrical pivots. Pin axes are oriented perpendicular to pivot axes and do not intersect each other. Length of anchor chain exceeds height of tine. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of ripped slit walls and reduced draft resistance. 3 cl, 6 dwg
