FIELD: amateur and sportive fishing. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cross-piece made from pipe positioned at right angle one with respect to the other. Cross-piece is oriented in horizontal plane and has electric circuit elements (heating member and thermal resistor) for determining temperature and direction of wind, disk for protecting cross-piece from precipitations, post for mounting cross-piece and disk on its upper end, connecting wires between circuit elements in cross-piece and elements with indicating instruments positioned within premises. Indicating instruments register temperature and motion of air flow in the directions of South, North, South North, North West, North East and South East.
