FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed power station comprises steam generator, transformer, electric and heat lines. Steam generator heat-insulated jacket inner chamber accommodates 1 to 50 tubes that feature serpentine, straight or spiral shape. Water-filled radiators are mounted on every steel wall of steam generator. Top jacket bottom outer side is provided with ribs to make water chamber while jacket cover accommodates radiators to cool down transformer windings arranged on cover and lateral walls. One to 15 windmills are installed in the territory of thermal power station. Every windmill comprises traction reversing motor jointed with frame intended for turning turbine long headwind defined by wind vane arranged atop said frame. Wind pressure actuates turbine, shaft, flywheel, reduction gear shafts and generator rotor. AC current is fed from every generator stator to transformer with diode rectifiers for it to be converted in DC current, five-position switch, transformer primary and secondary, storage battery charging device, low- and high-pressure pumps DC motors. At zero wind pressure, five-position switch operates whereto hydraulic electric power station electric circuit or that of tidal power station. Electric current is fed from said power stations to transformer.
