SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base 1 with vertical shaft 7, support 2 rotating on shaft 7, frame 3 mounted on support 2. Handle bar 5, pedal mechanism 6 and blades 12 with adjustable flaps 13 are mounted on frame 3. Flaps 13 serve as devices for generating loading and rotating support 2. Frame 3 is suspended to support 2 by means of frame rolling absorbing units 11 having adjustable amplitude. Apparatus is of the type with unstable balance. Balance is provided by action of sportsman's muscle force and hygroscopic moment of rotating parts. EFFECT: increased efficiency in imitating bicycle pedal drive, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
