SUBSTANCE: elliptical cycling machine comprises a housing with supports, a seat, a steering wheel and a pedal load mechanism. The cycling machine housing is made of circular shape, which inner surface has a working track with the coating increasing adherence. The pedal load mechanism is mounted in the housing of the cycling machine with the ability to move by use of a system of levers, rollers and elastic elements. At that the pedal mechanism is located with the thrust in the housing of the cycling machine, thus providing the tight uniform contact of the rollers with the working track of the cycling machine housing.

EFFECT: ability to use while using the circular cycling machine the greater amount of muscles and muscle groups, increasing the amplitude of the muscle work, ligaments and joints of the lower extremities and the variability of the load nature.
