FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: fastener has toe holder and boot heel holder with casing, upper clamp of boot ledge and two side clamps. Upper clamp may be pivoted in vertical plane and is connected with locking mechanism formed as spring-loaded roller, which is engageable with guide. Guide is positioned in casing and is provided with roller receiving hole. Each side clamp is formed as lever mounted for pivoting in horizontal plane and kinematically connected with lever of upper clamp. Lever of upper clamp has arm whose end is positioned below ski sole, when boot heel holder is in open position. Casing may be attached to ski by catch, which may be made in the form of hook. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
