SUBSTANCE: control pedal has lever 1 with support platform hinge-secured in vehicle and kinematically coupled with controlled member 4. Lever is made up of two hinge-connected parts. Pedal has mechanism relatively locking the parts of lever in operating and non-operating position of pedal. Probability of unauthorised action on to controlled member is reduced owing to positive breaking of kinematic coupling between pedal lever and controlled member with pedal in non-operating position and possibility of fixing the pedal in this position.
