FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: backup manual drive of throttle and brake pedals in a car contains a main lever (1), a bracket (2) for connecting the lower part of the main lever (1) to the car body, throttle grip (3) located at the top of the main lever (1), pedals pushers made telescopic and kinematically connected to the corresponding pedals. The main lever (1) is kinematically connected to the throttle grip (3) and to the bolt of connection with the bracket (2). The main lever (1) consists of the first (4) and second (5) rigid plates and connecting spacers (6) and is mounted on the bolt (7) of connection with the bracket (2). The drive additionally contains a mechanism for fixing the operating positions of the brake pedal, a mechanism for fixing the neutral position of the main lever mounted on the main lever (1). The mechanism for fixing the operating positions of the brake pedal is in the form of a ratchet mechanism including a rocker arm (8) mounted between the rigid plates (4 and 5) of the main lever (1) and having the shape of a pawl with a tooth (9) adapted to be in mesh with three teeth of the arcuate part (10) of the bracket (2) made in the form of a ratchet and coaxial with the bolt (7) of the connection of the main lever (1) to the bracket (2). The mechanism for fixing the neutral position of the main lever consists of a return spring (14) kinematically connected through its one side with the bracket (2) and through its other side with one of the spacers (6) and of a mechanism for unlocking the operating positions of the brake pedal which contains a thrust (15) and a rotary arm (16) located on the top of the rigid plates (4 and 5) which are kinematically connected to the rocker arm (8) in the form of a pawl with a tooth (9) and the ratchet of the mechanism for fixing the operating positions of the brake pedal. The mechanism for unlocking the operating positions of the brake pedal is configured to unlock the rocker arm (8) and the ratchet mechanism by means of a rotary arm (16) which is located in an opening (17) of one of the rigid plates (4) or (5) on its outer side.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability, improved simplicity.
