FIELD: processing of sludge deposits resulting from sewage treatment, municipal economy, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus is process line comprising chamber filled with acid reactant and connected in series to pump, heater, ion exchanger, atomizer arranged in said acid-filled chamber, and mixer, first inlet of which is connected to ion exchanger, while its outlet is connected to atomizer. Second inlet of mixer is connected to concentrator connected to salt dose meter and to hot water source. Outlet of acid-filled chamber is connected to humidifier fed with hot water. Outlet of acid-filled chamber is connected, via high-pressure pump, to alkali-filled reactor to which are connected steam generator, air compressor and alkali dose meter. Gas-operated outlet of alkali-filled reactor is connected, via condenser, to humidifier, while its liquid-operated outlet is connected to heatable settler-drier. Gas-operated outlets of ion exchanger, condenser and settler-drier are connected to scrubber, while heatable settler-drier has outlets for liquid and solid fractions. Ion exchanger is made in form of plurality of high-frequency electrolysis cells provided with insoluble carbon electrodes. EFFECT: invention offers possibility to convert sludge resulting from sewage treatment to useful fertilizer for agriculture; industrial sludge ceases to be threat to environment. 2 cl, 1 dwg
