According to invention, baking is effected under vacuum at 1250-1300 C using vibration heating element in the form of inclined groove by way of continuously feeding concentrate onto upper part of groove and directing solid residue from groove outlet into container, whereas formed gaseous silicon monoxide is settled onto a base plate and collected in another container.
