FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic thruster in the form of hollow body and piston which is installed in body together with rod, and anchor unit fastened with hydraulic thruster. Thruster incorporates warning indicator of extreme position of piston in body in the form of hole made in body wall. Thruster is provided with threaded member for connection of tool. Anchor unit is made in the form of tube which is concentrically and with clearance for passing of drilling fluid is secured on drill string, and flexible hose arranged on tube with its ends hermetically clamped on tube for possible interaction with walls of bore-hole when device is in working position. Hollow of hose and hollow of drill string are interconnected through pipe unions with their one ends installed in tube wall, and with other ends - in drill string wall.
