FIELD: drilling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, namely to devices for the creation of optimized axial load on a rock-cutting tool and assemblies of a dynamically disturbed section of a drilling arrangement (hereinafter – DA) of different rigidity. The device for the creation of axial load in a drilling string arrangement with a downhole engine operating on drilling flushing fluid includes a hollow cylinder case with a sealing coupling, a flow plunger rod with a profile dowel mounted in grooves made in the plunger rod. The hollow cylinder case is made with two-sided longitudinally directed dowel grooves placed along the inner generatrix of the cylinder case, in which the profile dowel is located with longitudinal-transverse gaps and with the possibility of axial movements relatively to the mentioned cylinder case along the mentioned grooves together with the mentioned flow plunger rod.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of DA operation is provided due to optimization of axial load on its assemblies and a rock-cutting tool, reduction in the probability of tool sticking and jamming.
