FIELD: laser instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: this relates to observation instruments rotating around its axis relative to its base. This instrument of target indicator type has sensor 1 with observation sector, sensor 2 with spacious coding of angle, illuminated diagram 3, observation mode set-point device 4, switchboard control unit 5, first switchboard 6, second switchboard 7, base drive 8 mechanically connected with base 9, angular position and type of radiation source determination and preset turning unit 10 with first, second, third inputs and first, second, third outputs of which are connected respectively to sensor 1, sensor 2, device 4, illuminated diagram 3, control input of switchboard 7, first input of unit 5 with its output connected to control input of switchboard 6. Additionally provided are observation instrument drive 11 mechanically linked with observation instrument 12, summation device, 13, sensor 14 of observation instrument sighting line position mechanically connected with base 9 and instrument 12. Output of sensor 14 is connected to first input of summation device 13, its second input and output are connected respectively to output of switchboard 7 and second input of switchboard 6. Its first and second outputs are connected respectively to drive 11 and drive 8.
