FIELD: television, in particular, applied television equipment, used in composition of systems for finding, detecting and tracking remote objects.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, calibration is performed in television cameras, synchronized by frequency and phase, and is realized with utilization of "grid field" reflection table, parameters of which consider base distance along horizontal line between geometrical centers of photo-receivers of television cameras, and also values of focus distances of objectives, fixed and different from each other; by means of laser target designator, radiation of probe of which is emitted towards main point on vertical symmetry axis of aforementioned reflection table through a channel, made in base of television camera; by means of mechanisms for angular movement of direction of optical axis for each television camera; by means of "central cross" marker signal.
EFFECT: increased precision when calibrating direction of observing line of television system.
