FIELD: medicine, diagnostics of thermal disorders of inner organs in biological object according to their own radio radiation. SUBSTANCE: medicinal radiothermometer contains antenna connected through modulator with the first arm of circulator. Its second arm is connected with modulation radiometer input. Bearing tension generator output of modulation radiometer is connected with controlling modulator input. Resistor and thermodetector are situated with the possibility for heat contact. Resistor output is connected with modulation radiometer output through introduced isolator cell and the third arm of circulator by introduced capacitor.
