FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and medical equipment, namely to radiothermometer, intended for non-invasive measurement of tissues of internal tissues of bio-object. Radiothermometer contains successively connected antenna-applicator, contacting with bio-object, switch, circulator, installed after switch, receiving device, containing amplifier with bandpass filters, amplitude detector, narrowband low-frequency amplifier and synchronous detector, integrator, direct current amplifier, reference voltage generator, connected with switch and synchronous detector. In addition, radiothermometer contains Peltier element, connected with outlet of receiving device, first and second SHF loads, installed on Peltier element and being in thermal contact with it, at least one temperature sensor, made with possibility of measuring temperature of SHF loads. First SHF load is made with possibility of connection to switch, switch is made with possibility of switching either antenna-applicator or first SHF load to first circulator arm. Second arm of circulator is connected with receiving device, and third arm of circulator is connected with second SHF load.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of error of measurement of internal temperature of bio-object and increase of accuracy of radiothermometry method in detection of malignant tumours, as well as reduction of device dimensions, increase of convenience of applying thereof and reduction of cost of manufacturing thereof.
