FIELD: radiation monitoring. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a liquid phase fraction-of-total mass transducer located in the biological shielding and a density transducer located either in the biological shielding or past the biological shielding, which is fastened on a carriage installed for reciprocating motion on the frame. The biological shielding has a rotary segment and a through hole accommodating a half-pipe with retainers on the ends for fastening on the pipe-line under monitoring.
