In addition device has separated-joined piezoelectric converter which piezoelectric emitter is connected to output of generator of probing pulses. Its piezoelectric receiver is connected to input of amplifier. In addition device has serial circuit of gate and peak detector which output is connected to control input of threshold gate. In addition device has strobe pulse generator which is inserted between output of delay gate and control input of gate, which information input is connected to input or output of amplifier.
