FIELD: photography and television; vehicle-mounted observers. SUBSTANCE: two gimbal-mounted telescopes 4 of binoculars are optically coupled with dioptric heads 2 and eyecups 3 installed on its case 1. Axes of revolution of external and internal frames 5 and 8, respectively, are kinematically linked with axes of sensitivity of angular velocity transducers 7 in azimuth and in elevation, respectively, as well as with frame angular position sensors 9 whose control signals are connected through regulation channels 11, 12 and power amplifiers 16 to respective control windings of 17 of X-Y torque transducers whose inductors are placed on binoculars case. Control signals of angular position of frames 5 and 8 in each regulation channel 11, 12 are corrected for amplitude and frequency and added to signals coming from angular velocity transducers 7 thereby shaping azimuth and elevation control signals. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
