FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves locally administering amplipulsephoresis of 5% epsilon-aminocaproic acid solution to two joints injured most of all. The injured vertebral column area is pretreated segment-bysegment by applying amplipulsetherapy. The first two procedures are administered every other day and then the treatment is continued daily on the background of general hydrogen sulfide baths. The total course of treatment is 7 balneo- and 10 physioprocedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 6 tbl
