SUBSTANCE: method deals with plasmacytopheresis to decrease the risk of infection and avoid sensibilization for foreign proteins, the return of leukothrombosuspension, freezing cryoprecipitate-free autologous plasma followed by freezing out and injecting at repeated plasmacytopheresis. Multiple outpatient plasmacytopheresis is conducted with plasma substitution at the first procedure with quick-frozen donor plasma, albumin or saline solutions and the return of autologous leukothrombosuspension.
