FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing blood into plasma and cells by means of centrifuging. Cells diluted with isotonic sodium chloride solution are returned into blood circulation bed. Plasma is cooled to +3-+4 C and following separation by means of centrifuging at 3500-3600 rpm and at +3-+4 C temperature during 20-22 min into fibronectin and hypothermic precipitated plasma returned to the patient blood circulation bed. EFFECT: accelerated heparin precipitation process; enhanced effectiveness in storing purified plasma.
