FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has main and additional work-coils coaxially mounted and included into the discharge circuits having capacitance members and discharge units which control electrodes are connected to starter unit. Discharge circuit impedance in the main work-coil is lower than a critical value. Discharge circuit impedance in the additional work-coil is less than the critical value, its natural frequency at least twice as high as the natural frequency of the main work-coil discharge circuit. Self-induction coefficient value of the additional work-coil is at least one order of magnitude less than that of the main work-coil. Alternating magnetic field induced by the additional work-coil excites eddy currents in the patient body. Their interaction with magnetic field of the main work-coil excites mechanical oscillations in tissues subjected to magnetic fields action. Therapeutic action mode is widely changeable by changing amplitude and frequency of the additional work-coil. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 8 cl, 3 dwg
