FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has working desk, shock wave impulse radiator with focussing system having electromagnetic shaper of shock wave impulses built into discharge circuit having controllable discharger. Shaper induction coil is connected to the secondary winding of step- down pulse transformer having artificial forming line connected to its primary winding, and inductance-capacitance cells which number is switchable, and controllable discharger. The device has additional discharger connected in parallel to the primary transformer winding. Controlling electrodes of the dischargers are connected to starter pulse unit outputs with adjustable time delay. EFFECT: strictly controllable action; high stability of generated shock wave impulses. 5 cl, 2 dwg
