FIELD: mechanical stripping of crystal grain surfaces from clay shells and films of secondary minerals by their disintegration due to their collision and friction in pulp. SUBSTANCE: stripping machine has cylindrical housing 1 accommodating rotor with hollow shaft 4 and disks between which ring-shaped beaters 11 are suspended. Disks in vicinity of charging hopper are normal to rotor axis and next ones are inclined through 4-7 deg to it, their spacing increasing from charging hopper 14 to discharging hole 20. In vicinity of discharging hole there may be installed additional hopper 17. Coaxial radial holes may be made in rotor shaft and in bushes; device for feeding service water under pressure is mounted on one of shaft ends. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 4 dwg
