SUBSTANCE: die set includes punch, die with restricted lips inclined relative to surface of holder and holder with recesses for lips. Novelty is upper surface of lip inclined relative to holder surface by angle equal to 6-8 deg, lateral surface of lip inclined relative to die hole by angle equal to 8-10 deg and angle equal to 72-76 deg formed between surfaces. Surfaces of holder recess are equidistant relative to surfaces of holder and die hole. In variant restricted lip may have protrusion with height equal to (0.5-0.7) So and with radius equal to (3.0-4.0) So. Upper surface of lip and surface of holder recess are equidistant relative to holder surface and arranged with gap equal to (1.5-1.7) So, where So is initial thickness of blank. Such die set provides reduced consumption of sheet material, enhanced quality of formed parts due to increased braking intensity and possibility of differentiated braking of blank flange at drawing process.
