SUBSTANCE: in a stamp containing a punch, a matrix with swiveling ribs and a clip with recesses for the swinging ribs, the swinging ribs are located along the perimeter of the punch opening to create radial tensile stresses. There are also additional swinging ribs to create tangential tensile stresses. At that, the segments of additional ribs facing the opening of the matrix are mated with ribs located along the perimeter relative to the punch opening, with radii equal to (3.0-3.5) of the initial workpiece thickness.
EFFECT: accuracy of the elongated part is increased and the punching reliability is increased.
