FIELD: manufacture of load-bearing panels, interior panels, shaped structure from polymer composite materials with cellular or corrugated filler; applicable in aircraft industry, shipbuilding, automotive industry and construction. SUBSTANCE: long fibers are impregnated with binding agent in bath and directed to shaping die with fibers separation for formation of longitudinal strips and for filler. Then, filler is supplied into cavity to form internal layer of product and continuously drawn through shaping die to combine fibers with filler and curing of binding agent. To form internal layer, use is made of nonimpregnated cellular or corrugated filler preliminarily cut into strips of preset width and thickness for filling longitudinal cavity, connected to provide for the preset length of product with the help of lock joints preliminarily cut on ends. Separated fibers are distributed in internal space of shaping die, so as to form preset contour of article. Fibers are combined with filler in drawing by pressing-through binding agent from the space between fibers to interface between impregnated fibers and filler. Cellular or corrugated filler is prepared from polymer paper. Supplied additionally to shaping die is reinforcing member in form of sheets of fabric impregnated with binding agent. Fabric sheets are impregnated simultaneously with fibers in bath. Impregnation of fabric sheet is effected in internal space of shaping die during pressing-through a part of binding agent from the space between fibers into filler. Fibers and fabric sheets are distributed in internal space of shaping die with the help of additional shaping die to form the preset contour of product. Lock joints on ends of filler strips are made in form of fillet, straight or oblique wedge. Filler strips are cut from block cellular or corrugated filler with the help of ultrasonic cutter on equipment with programmed numerical control. Made on ends filler strips are two or more lock joints. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 11 cl, 8 dwg, 2 tbl
