FIELD: aerospace engineering.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with field of aerospace engineering, in particular, with the bearing assemblies for the satellite equipment placing on the three-layer panels of the space-based platforms and may be used for realization of joints of three-layer cellular sandwiches among themselves and with other structures, for example, skeleton structures. The bearing assembly for the three-layer panel is made in the form of a thin-walled bushing installed in a ring-type groove. The ring-type groove forms a central cellular core of the cylindrical form in the three-layer panel. Using the ring-shaped protrusions of the wedge-shaped cross-section placed on its inner surface the thin-walled bushing is fixed to the structure of the central cellular core for centering and prevention of displacements of the thin-walled bushing in the process of foaming and hardening of a foamed adhesive composition. The thin-walled bushing is made in such a manner that ensured clearance between its external diameter and the external diameter of the ring-shaped groove provides an outlet of surplus of the foamed adhesive composition during hardening. The diameter of the ring-shaped protrusions of the wedge-shaped cross-section is smaller than the diameter of the central cellular core. The invention allows to ensure pinpoint accuracy of installation of the bearing assembly at a stage of adhesion of the bushing without application of any auxiliary aids, and also to reduce labor input, materials consumption and to expand the area of use of the offered design.
EFFECT: invention ensures a pinpoint accuracy of the bearing assembly installation at the bushing adhesion stage without application of auxiliary aids, reduction of labor input, materials consumption and expansion of the area of the offered design use.
