FIELD: transport engineering; trailer lock-and- brake devices. SUBSTANCE: device has lever 7. Joint 5 coupling lever with pole 4 in initial position is arranged under spherical joint 3 coaxially with its vertical axis. Joint connecting lever with housing of spherical joint 3 has moment of rotation exceeding moment of rotation of joint. Device has limiters of relative displacement of lever 7 and pole 4 made in form of remote engagement/displacement mechanism of trailer brakes consisting of electromagnet 15 whose core is traction pin of pole 4 installed for travel along longitudinal slot of lever 7 and for cross shifting of electromagnetic coil to provide getting of non-cylindrical portion of core into corresponding shape recess in longitudinal slot of lever 7.
