FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive vehicles and can be used in designs of single-axle vehicle and tractor trailers. Single-axle trailer inertial brake with straight motion stabilization device comprises telescopic traction lever consisting of inner and outer links, wherein the inner link is arranged inside the outer link housing with the possibility of reciprocating movement and is connected by the front part with the towing device of the tractor, wherein inside the housing of the external link of the traction lever there is a compression spring resting with one end against the rear part of the internal link, and with the other end resting against the collar made inside the external link, the main brake cylinder connected hydraulically to the reservoir, normally closed solenoid valve, receiving power from the mains of the tractor through the reverse gear engagement sensor, wherein the input of this valve is connected to the output of the main brake cylinder, and the outlet is connected to the reservoir of the main brake cylinder, working brake cylinders of the left and right wheels of the trailer, which are connected by hydraulic lines to the main brake cylinder. At that, the inner link of the traction lever is connected by means of the connecting vertical pivot fixed on this link with the clevis connected by means of the horizontal transverse axis with the fork-flange fixed on the tractor with the possibility of turning in the vertical transverse plane relative to the tractor. Main brake cylinder is installed on the upper part of the traction lever coaxially to this lever in the longitudinal vertical plane passing through the middle of the trailer running axle, wherein the housing of the main brake cylinder is connected to the housing of the outer link of the traction lever by means of a vertical hinge, and the rod of the main brake cylinder is connected by means of a vertical hinge to the clevis.
EFFECT: stabilization of straightness of movement of trailer at rectilinear movement of tractor at high speeds due to formation of braking moment on inner relative to pole of trajectory of curvilinear movement of trailer wheel at its lateral deviations of trailer from rectilinear trajectory of tractor.
