FIELD: textile industry; thread processing; devices for unwinding of thread with bobbin rotating or not. SUBSTANCE: device has ring limiters 3,4, thread guide 5 placed in between and flexible conical thin-walled shell 6 secured on guide. Thread guide 5 is made in form of eccentrically mounted ring forming variable-height thread passing crescent-shaped clearance 7 together with ring limiters 3,4. Inner guide surface 11 can roll over outer guide surfaces 12, 13 of ring limiters 3,4 and position of crescent shaped thread passing clearance 7 continuously changes. Flexible conical thin-walled shell 6 is secured on thread guide 5 by means of coaxial ring 22. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 cl, 3 dwg
