FIELD: electric heaters. SUBSTANCE: device has flat base, threads of resistive element, current leads and insulating layers. Side petals and slots with drillings are made in flat base. Peculiarity of method for manufacturing electric heater is in creation of petals by perforation of slots with drillings, separation of petals to opposite sides and application of threads of resistive element through increased slots with drillings, fixation of threads by shoulders of petals when they are returned to initial position, fastening petals by overlapped layers of insulation.
