FIELD: heat exchanging engineering. SUBSTANCE: fiberglass tube-shell has housing 1 and conical shells 3 and 4 mounted inside the housing. The shells are axially alined, form passageway 5, and are secured to pins 8 and 9. Shells 3 and 4 are provided with current conducting layers 6 and 7. When current flows through layers 6 and 7 they heat shells 3 and 4. The heat is withdrawn from shells 3 and 4 with air that is fed through housing 1 and ejected at conical shells 3 and 4.
