FIELD: metallurgy; manufacture of band, strip, sheet iron, automobile body sheet, in particular, heat treatment of tightly coiled rolls of thin-sheet, cold-rolled strip, for instance, sheet iron, automobile body sheet; applicable in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device is installed above muffle and stand of bell-type furnace at the beginning of cooling process. provision is made of supply of ejector air used in heating for removal of combustion products from under heating cap. Air jet is supplied perpendicular to muffle surface through holes in risers reaching the height of convector ring on the second from bottom stack roll. Risers are secured to header embracing muffle and located 200-300 mm above stand bottom and connected by means of bearing and centering risers with upper cross-piece carrying eyebolt for hook of travelling crane.
