FIELD: jet engine plants; jet engines which differ in form and location of nozzles and nozzle tips. SUBSTANCE: plant has increased propellant charge, increased pressure inside stages, high rate of charge ignition, combustion of charge and moment of separation of front stages from rear ones, thus increasing thrust, acceleration and speed of plant. Multistage jet engine consists of several stages with jet nozzles in rear parts which are filled with solid-propellant charges and are connected along longitudinal axes. Front ends of stages are open and contain one transverse partition each which is conveyed forward and is provided with holes in front portion where ignition device is located; propellant charges are contained only in rear parts of stages (relative to partition). Each stage is mounted inside rear part (relative to it) and its rear end rests against outer part of its partition. Each ignition device ignites propellant charge at time delay at moment of delivery of thrust and before beginning of drop of maximum thrust at progressive form of combustion in rear jet nozzle.
