FIELD: ammunition (bullets) for smoothbore hunting guns. SUBSTANCE: bullet has a body and a plastic wad-stabilizer made with an obturating skirt on the rear end face, small turbine on the lateral surface and a recess on the front end face, which receives the body. The body is made in the form of a cylindrical shell and a slug with a head section and tail section placed in the shell cavity having through longitudinal nicks throughout the whole depth of the cavity. The length of the tail section is less than the depth of the cavity, and the cavity and the mating slug tail section smoothly expand towards the slug head section up to the outlet to its lateral surface. A groove contracting inside is made on the lateral surface of the body shell opposite the base, and an annular groove with lateral walls inclined towards the rear end face and forming an additional obturating skirt is made on the lateral surface of the wad-stabilizer before the rear obturating skirt. The outer and inner parts of the wall surface of each obturating skirt in longitudinal section represent lines bent to the rear side-parts of two ellipses with centers and axes of symmetry of the ellipses common, separate for each skirt; one of which is located on the rear end face of each skirt perpendicularly to the bullet longitudinal axis. The skirt rear end face has a chamfered inner edge. The small turbine of the wad-stabilizer is formed by longitudinal grooves, at least 1.3 mm deep, on its lateral surface from the front end face, inclined to one side at a constant angle of 8 to 15 deg. to the bullet longitudinal axis, smoothly turning into the lateral cylindrical surface before the additional obturating skirt. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 3 dwg
