Abstract RU 2082916 C1

FIELD: demercurization of mercury-vapor lamps, glass vessels, unfit for use. SUBSTANCE: unit has container where demercurization chamber with loading and unloading devices and crushing device are arranged, chamber heating system, loop for blowing the chamber and system for drawing samples of mercury vapor and removal of broken glass. Heating system includes fan and air heater. Chamber blowing loop includes suction device with air dehumidifier, heat exchanger, ventilation manifold, gas receiver with inlet filter, afterburner, multistage cooler with mercury cooling and draining systems, adsorbers-filters with iodine cartridges, air blower and exhaust device connected to suction device. Unit is provided with additional fan and throttle cock which are mounted in suction device; broken glass removal device is made in form of worm mechanism and gas receiver filter is provided with intake cone.
